The Liontron® HighCurrent batteries are high-current lithium batteries as a full-fledged 12V lead battery replacement. The battery was designed as a high-end solution for applications in which extremely high currents are required for a short time, e.g. for use with bow thrusters.

Compared to lead batteries, it offers a significant weight reduction, enormous energy reserves and stable voltage even under extreme loads. Despite the extremely light and compact design, the battery can easily deliver a short-term current output of up to 1200A.
